What can Astrology do for you?
Astrology is the understanding of how the energy of the stars and planets is affecting us in our lives. Astology has been practiced for thousands of years. Since the first humans sat around a bonfire watching the night skies our need to know more has been drawn upward.
In times past, Astrology was inaccessible to the common person. It was traditionally only known to the wealthy and the powerful, Kings and Queens and rulers of armies. The study of astrology was reserved to high Priests, it was a secret knowledge used to make life and death decisions and to plot victory in war.
Over time more planets were discoverd and named, the knowledge was shared and astrology became known to the people. Now with software, the extreme math it took to create charts has made Astrology accessible to all of us.
Like any pursuit that has been around for thousands of years, Astrology has many branches. Ancient astrology and its techniques are still practiced however now they may be combined with Psychological, Medical, Relationship or even Gambling astrology. Why can astrology cover so many categories? The planets and stars represent every possible experience you can imagine in life. From giving birth to buying a home, having a car accident or winning the lottery, it is possible to see it in the chart. However first you must see the possibility for these events in the Natal Promise.
The Natal Promise is the potential you have to acheive certain things, like wealth, children and illness. This is seen through the placement of Planets in your Birth Chart. The moment you took your first breath you created a blueprint of energies that would form the framework for your path forward. So we as Astrologers start with the Natal Chart, drawn for the moment we took our first breath. Within this chart we can see the potential for who you are to become.
I like to think of the Natal chart as a 4 dimensional map. One layer would be for a question about money. Another layer would be for a question about Marriage. Then another layer would be a question about Family and so on. In each of these layers you are looking at the same chart but the Glyphs have different meanings depending on the questions that have been asked, which create the layers.
The different Glyphs in a chart representing the planets and placements, can be connected through different coloured lines which are geometric angles. Each angle has a meaning in the form of a type of action that will be applied to the planets involved. Some actions are easy and magnetic and other actions are a little more complicated and can cause friction.
So we start with the Natal chart to ascertain the potential, but what happens after that? Once the Natal chart has been fully explored many other charts are available for the art of prediction. These charts can take a snapshot of the year of your life that you want to focus on, so you can see what is happening now and in the very near future. There are other charts that can see the potential for life in years to come. There are many tools and techniques allow us to focus on the flow of energies and how they may play out. For instance, looking at your Chart Ruler can tell us a lot about your purpose in life. Do your Elements make you a driven person, or are you someone that prefers stability?
Your whole chart is always present in your life, however there are parts of it that are more active in some years than others. We have techniques that will help you to understand what is more likely to occur in those time frames as well. I can show you where your focus will be in different years of your life.
There is even a kind of astrology that can help you discover where the best places are for you to vacation, live or make money in the world. I have moved around more than most in my life, and I wish years ago I would have known about this as I probably would not have gone some of the places I did, as the AstroLocation of my chart proved true for me.
As you can see, Astrology is pretty inclusive to all areas of life. However there are limits. Astrology cannot tell you what you will do in a future situation beyond all doubt. It can tell you the probabilities you will be working with, but it cannot say you will make a specific decision. We do have free will and in those moments we use it. I have been studying Astrology now for more than a decade, and in that time I have had to accept the role that fate plays in our lives. When I use the word Fate, I do not mean it in an negative context. I merely mean, we came here to follow a certain destiny and in some ways we will not be able to avoid it, because the achievement of that destiny is a requirement for our evolution. Astrology shows the development of that destiny more than anything else, in my opinion. Astrology deals with the raw energies that are at work in any individuals life at any given time. How we direct and manage those energies is a task for free will. And even free will is not free. Our Free Will is filtered through the subconscious experiences we adopted as true between the ages of conception through to 4-5 years old. Astrology can help you understand what those energies are as well.
So, what should you expect during a session? First of all, you should know that I do approximately 2 hours of prep work before I even speak with you in a session. I do this so I can see the active patterns and energies that are currently at work. I like to keep things relaxed, hopefully with a little laughter at some point. I also really like conversational sessions. If there is something that doesn't make sense to you please don't hesitate to ask me to explain it differently. I audio record the session unless that is something you don't want. You are free to ask anyting you want to ask. As long as it is within my capabilities to answer you, I will. I have been in the business of spirituality for more than 40 years now. Within that time I am accumulated a vast knowledge on many subjects and I have pretty much heard it all. My sessions are done without judgement. We are all human and we are doing the best that we can .
